For any other queries please ring us on 0161 667 2480 and our team will be happy to assist.

If you are collecting a prescription/letter/fit note, please ring us from outside on 0161 665 4431 and someone will bring it to you at the door.

We are asking everyone in future to order prescriptions via email if you can to OLDCCG.SpringfieldHouse@nhs.net and we will be sending all prescriptions electronically to your designated chemist. If you don't have a designated chemist at present then please inform us of your chosen chemist and we will add it to our system. Please make sure you name your preferred pharmacy in the email, if this information is not included it could delay your prescription.

If you don't have access to the internet then we will be taking prescription requests over the phone between 10:30am and 12:30pm , please ring 0161 667 2480 but do bear with us as we are very busy at present.

If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus please DO NOT come to surgery. Self isolate as per current guidelines from PHE.

Please note that we are still in touch with patients and if you require an appointment please ring us as normal on 0161 667 2480 and you will be placed on a triage list for a GP to ring you back and decide on further action.

We all thank you for your understanding in this matter.
