Health checks are provided to all carers, these can be booked at any time with one of our Nurses.
Over 65 Health Checks
If you are aged over 65 then you are eligible for an over 65 health check. Any of our Nurses can see patients for this.
NHS Health Checks (patients aged 40 – 74)
Our HCA runs NHS Health Checks every Friday morning by appointment only. Our HCA sends invites to all eligible patients.
